Rising Leaders Intensive
Do you have a plan in place to ensure you are filling your leadership pipeline?
Is your organization doing what it should to nurture and develop your high-potential employees?
Great leaders don’t happen by accident.
The research is definitive. Leaders are not born…they are made. Leadership skills are teachable and learnable. And when companies invest in training for high-potential employees, those employees feel more closely tied to the organization and the work, increasing loyalty and retention. Studies show that investing in high potential employees pays off in other ways too. As the the recipients of increased opportunities and investment, many high-potential employees actively identify and develop potential in others. All excellent reasons to invest in your rising leaders.
Tailored to Your Needs
At LiveWire, we work with senior leaders and HR professionals in your organization to tailor programs that focus on the leadership skills important to your company. Designed specifically for employees who are looking to go farther in the organization, we tailor our Rising Leader program to meet managers where they are in their leadership journey and focus on the skills important to you.
Flexible & Easy-to-Implement
Our programs are broken into bite-sized lessons so that learning can occur in a variety of ways. If you’d like to send a cohort of Rising Leaders through the program during a weekly 1-hour Zoom call, we can do that. If you’d like to do a 1-2 day on-site session, we can do that too. And anything in between.
Our facilitators are skilled at leading learning sessions both virtually or in-person. Using discussion, assessments, activities and hands-on action planning, they ensure your Rising Leaders build expertise in the key leadership skills essential to taking your organization to the next level.
