Establishment of specific and measurable goals with client and corporate representatives
Evaluation and theme analysis of any previous personality and/or leadership testing
Job shadowing and/or 360 Degree assessments if required or requested
Creation of a Personal Development Plan or a Personal Brand Communications Plan
Twice monthly action-oriented phone or in-person sessions.
