Lessons in Leadership
Our highly flexible Lessons in Leadership initiative is a highly interactive program delivered in bite-sized chunks of time that work for busy leaders. The content is designed for leaders at every level and covers a wide variety of leadership topics that can serve either as a refresher for more seasoned employees, or new learning for newer managers. Delivered in a weekly or bi-weekly webinar, participants will engage in group discussions, role plays and action planning and practice skills between sessions. Clients have seen incredible results with this flexible and engaging program.
Virtual & On-Site Facilitation
Our facilitators are experts in Virtual & On-Site facilitation and are comfortable using multiple on-line formats. Whether you want to hold your training on-site or via Google Chat, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or any other online platform, we can make it work. And programs can be delivered in small chunks of time over the course of weeks or months, or it can be delivered in full day sessions.
